70 New Palestinian Teachers Arrived In Kuwait

A total of 70 new Palestinian teachers arrived in Kuwait recently to join the 37 others who had arrived in Kuwait last week based on the contracts signed between them and Ministry of Education, reports Al-Qabas daily.

According to informed sources, this is the first time since 1977 that Kuwait is receiving Palestinian teachers. They revealed that these 70 new teachers will teach mathematics.

The sources stressed the keenness of the ministry to hire expatriate teachers of different nationalities for teaching subjects of rare specializations.

Meanwhile, Decree Number 311/2018 was issued on putting the Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) under the jurisdiction of the deputy prime minister and interior minister, reports Al-Anba daily. According to the aforementioned decree, the minister occupies the position of PACI board chairman and carries out his tasks as per Law Number 32/1982.
