Two Kuwaiti Men Accused Of Joining The Terrorist Group Al-nusrah Front

25 June 2018 Crime News

Two Kuwaiti men accused of joining the terrorist group ‘Al-Nusrah Front’ have been sentenced by the Misdemeanor Court to 10 years and 2 years imprisonment respectively with hard labor. The case file indicated the Public Prosecution Department charged the two men for their involvement in attacks against Syria, which is a friendly Arab nation. The duo allegedly joined al-Qaeda affiliate- Al-Nusrah Front, which trained them on the use of weapons — an act regarded as capable of putting Kuwait at the risk of war against the country and severing bilateral relations between the two countries.
