Trade Minister Inspects Fish Market To Control Price Hike

Inspectors from the Ministry of Trade and Industry toured the Sharq fish market to check prices and assure product safety and conformity with the Ministry's instructions.

Previously, the Ministry had issued a warning to all business establishments that excessive price increases would be met with harsh measures.

The ministry will continue its inspection visits in various markets to guarantee that the law is being followed and that consumers are not being subjected to false price increases.
