To Safeguard Public Funds, MOI Halts Debtor Transactions
The Public Relations and Security Media Department of the Ministry of Interior recently announced a significant step aimed at protecting public funds. Following Circular No. 24 of 2024 issued by the Ministry's Undersecretary, all transactions for individuals with outstanding debts to the Ministry will be temporarily suspended, irrespective of their citizenship status.
Underlining its dedication to delivering efficient services to citizens, Gulf nationals, and residents, the Ministry of Interior has stressed the importance of promptly settling any outstanding debts, as reported by Al-Qabas daily.
The Ministry offers multiple avenues for transactions, including its official website http://moi.gov.kw, the Sahel application, and physical service centers. Transactions are processed promptly upon submission, ensuring swift service delivery across all sectors.
In order to prevent any disruptions to their transactions, individuals are strongly encouraged to clear any outstanding dues without delay. Payments can be conveniently made through the Ministry’s official website or the Sahl application, guaranteeing uninterrupted service completion.
