An Arab daily reported that the Public Authority for Civil Information has launched a new service for issuing "To Whom It May Concern" certificates through the unified government application of electronic services "Sahel".
According to the authority, the app's current functionality will be able to significantly reduce the time spent by auditors in their procedures, in addition to presenting it to the relevant authorities to complete their transactions.
In addition, attendance was previously required to receive certificates, and approximately 100,000 certificates were issued each year.
