Thief Arrested For Stealing Electric Wires And Copper Cables

The Hawally police have arrested an unidentified Asian for stealing electric wires and copper cables from abandoned buildings and buildings under construction, reports Al-Anba daily. The arrest came after a Kuwaiti saw the man breaking the door of a room in an abandoned building in broad daylight and informed the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry. The thief was caught in the act while attempting to break open the door. Police have seized from him tools used in committing thefts a heavy duty screw driver, cutting tools and other items.
