The Vaccine Is Not Mandatory, No Decision On Entry Of Expatriates

The numbers of new coronavirus cases and patients in intensive care are still high despite the partial ban. However, the cabinet has not taken any decision making the coronavirus vaccination mandatory, Al Anba reported.

The sources told the daily that in yesterday’s cabinet’s session, no amendment was made to the hours of the ban or to allow restaurants to be delivered during that time.

Regarding the entry of expatriates in Kuwait, the sources told the daily that It has not been approved yet, also the entry of stranded teachers is at the discretion of the Ministry of Education

The council approved the renewal of 3 senior officers, namely, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Dr. Abdullah Al-Afasy, the Director-General of the Public Authority for Industry, Abdul Karim Taqi, and the Assistant Undersecretary at the Ministry of Trade, Muhammad Al-Anzi.
