Mother Admits To Killing Her Son
After confessing to killing her son Saqer Al-Mutairi, a Kuwaiti woman was detained for 21 days by the Public Prosecution. The prosecution heard the statements of the investigation officer and incident officer who confirmed the allegations against the suspect.
According to their investigations, she confessed to committing the crime. About ten years ago, the suspect became addicted to drugs. Because of her child's problems, she planned to kill him and get rid of him. Four children were born to her from three different men, and she spent the money she earned on drugs.
It was revealed that she and her eldest son beat the victim because of his problems, according to the sources. As a result of the severity of the assault on him, the boy complained of head pains in February. Soon after, he was discovered motionless and not breathing. She left his body in a room until late May as a result of this.
According to the mother, she used cleaning materials to get rid of the bad odors emanating from the body. She asked her eldest son to throw the body among the rubble near their house, after wrapping it in cloth and a carpet, and then she asked the municipality workers to dispose of it, claiming it was a dead animal, in order to prevent the smell from returning. It was dumped in the West Abdullah Al-Mubarak landfill as a result of the workers' response.
