The Ministry Of Health: Indicators Of The Epidemiological Situation In The Country Continue To Improve
The Ministry of Health confirmed the continuation of recording positive indicators for the criteria for assessing the epidemiological situation in the country, which confirms that the health system is on the right path, to control the outbreak of the current wave.
The official spokesman for the ministry, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad said, “All indicators witness continued improvement in their rates, which coincides with the acceleration of the vaccination campaign.”
He expressed his great confidence in the level of awareness of citizens and residents, their commitment to applying health requirements, and the initiative to register to receive vaccination.
As for the daily statistics of indicators of the epidemiological situation in the country, Sindh announced the continuation of the rise in the recovery rate, which reached 97.22 percent, with 840 recoveries recorded yesterday evening, compared to 501 new cases and 5 deaths.
He pointed to the continuation of the noticeable improvement in the cases of admission to the wards, which decreased to 699 cases, while the intensive care cases also decreased to 244, and the active cases receiving health care continued to decline to reach 8829 cases.
He stated that the percentage of injuriesfections the beginning of the crisis, after 14,217 swabs were conducted in the 24 hours that preceded yesterday.
Al-Sanad praised the efforts of all workers in the health system, including doctors, nursing, technical and administrative staff, and the cooperation of the various supporting state agencies and voluntary teams, and everyone worked in the spirit of one team, leading to these positive indicators, which would not have been achieved without the cooperation of all citizens and residents in maintaining a commitment to applying prevention methods. Hoping to return to normal life soon.
