The Environment Arrests A Number Of Violators Who Entered The Sabah Al-ahmad Reserve With Falcons

The Environment Public Authority announced that it had arrested a number of people who entered the Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Reserve with a number of falcons.

The Environment said in a statement: “The authority received a notification yesterday (Saturday) regarding a number of persons entering the Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Reserve accompanied by a number of falcons. Accordingly, coordination was made with the Ministry of Interior to arrest the violators, and environmental violations were issued in accordance with Articles 100, 103 and 105 of Environmental Protection Law No. 42/2014, and the falcons were confiscated and referred to the competent authority to take care of them and take action against them. “

The authority noted to all citizens and residents the need to adhere to the implementation of environmental laws to avoid being subjected to legal accountability.
