Syrian Committed Suicide By Inhaling Butane Gas
A 20-year-old Syrian expatriate committed suicide inside his house in Sabah Al-Salem area by covering his head and face with a bag and inhaling the butane gas of a cigarette lighter. According to security sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information from a Syrian man that his son is lying unconscious on the ground with a bag over his head and a cigarette lighter next to him, securitymen rushed to the location with paramedics. They checked the victim to discover he was dead. They referred the corpse to the Forensics Department and launched investigations to determine if the victim committed suicide or if there were any other factors behind his death.
