Stock Market Opens With A 60-point Rise In Its General Index

In its first session following the national holidays, the Kuwait Stock Exchange began trading with a 60-point increase in its general index.

The Premier Market Index increase more than 80 points in the first minutes, owing to high purchasing power, with purchases concentrated on the biggest stocks.

The major market index has gained roughly 35 points since joining the first wave of activity.
