Steps Taken To Raid Scores Of Vice Dens In Salwa Area

A member of the Municipal Council and Head of Hawally Committee Abdullah Al-Roumi revealed that a moral committee has been formed by Ministry of Interior and Kuwait Municipality to raid locations within Salwa area where illicit activities are carried out.

In a press release, he indicated that such a decision was taken after several demands from the residents of the area to curb the spread of such a negative phenomenon in various parts of Salwa area. Al-Roumi disclosed that 35 residents of the area had lodged complaints with the concerned authorities for necessary action to be taken against those involved in this issue.
