Sri Lankan Man Found Dead In Salmiya
Security authorities referred the body of a 54-year-old Sri Lankan man to the forensic department to ascertain the cause of his death after he was discovered in an apartment in the Salmiya area. Upon receiving a report of a person fainting in the said apartment, security personnel and ambulances promptly responded to the scene, confirming the individual’s Sri Lankan nationality. Initial investigations suggest that the man’s death was due to natural causes. However, the body was sent to forensic medicine to determine if there were any suspicions of criminal involvement in his demise.
