Soon, 100 Pharmacies Will Be Closed

In order to organize and control the work of private pharmacies, informed sources stated that inspection campaigns would continue in these pharmacies to determine the extent to which license holders are committed to following the profession practice law. Al-Rai daily reports that law 28/1996 was amended by law 30/2016.

They stated in a press release that the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry are currently coordinating in this regard to pursue violations concerning the management of many pharmacies by individuals other than the license holders, which violates the laws regulating pharmacy practice.
