The severe cold witnessed in the country affected business at the fish market as the number of visitors reduced drastically due to cold weather.

The abundant supply of local and imported fish and a drastic reduction in visitors forced the vendors to drop the prices to a record level.

Many vendors said that they had suffered material losses as a result of the situation in the market and the losses amounted to thousands of dinars.
