Premier Market Accepts The Listing Of Ali Al-ghanim Sons Automotive Company

Ali Al-Ghanim & Sons Company was accepted for listing on the Kuwait Stock Exchange's Premier Market by the Board of Kuwait Capital Markets Commissioners.

According to a local Arabic daily, the Authority accepted the prospectus for the secondary offering of the firm's shares in compliance with the controls included in Law 7 of 2010 and the Executive Regulations, with the requirement that the company follow the rules governing the process.
