Police Arrested 4 Young Men For Blocking Traffic And Harassing Young Women At A Petrol Station

Police have arrested four young men for blocking traffic and harassing young women at a petrol station in Qadsiya, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily added, some of the youths escaped when police arrived at the scene, some were dispersed while the four refused to leave, incited other youths to join them and reportedly clashed with the police causing injury to two of them. A backup force was called; the arrested youths were taken to the Daiya Police Station and the two policemen to hospital. Security sources said, police even fired in the air to warn and disperse the youths, but to no avail.
