Pam Is Postponing The Increase In National Labour In The Private Sector

According to Al-Rai Arabic newspaper, the Board of Directors of the Public Authority for Manpower has agreed to postpone the change to the proportion of national labour in the private sector. In consultation with the Civil Service Commission, it was previously resolved to enhance the proportion to promote national labour in the industry

. According to the daily, there was no consistent increase in the percentage of Kuwaitis in the private sector, but the increase was uneven and varied from one sector to the next, and the rate was calculated based on the need to increase the percentages of national labour concentration in each sector.
