No Salary Certificate For Companies Who Fail To Pay Full Salaries To Its Employees
An official source at the Public Authority for Manpower revealed that no salary certificate will be issued to the companies who have failed to transfer full salaries to its workers.
The source indicated that the companies deduct salaries from the workers is considered a violation of the Labor Law, the authority is currently considering approving the signing of an undertaking from the employer to pay the salaries in full without deduction for a period of three months and providing the authority with payroll statements.
The company employers will not be allowed to participate in any of the government projects and tenders nor be allowed to complete renewal, transfer, add employment for its company reports al anba.
