New Service From Jazeera Airways To Salalah, Oman

The Kuwaiti low-cost airline Jazeera Airways has launched its second route to Oman, serving the coastal and tourist city of Salalah, the second in a series of routes it operates across the Europe and Middle East, Asia.

From June 16, 2022, the route will provide travelers with three weekly flights that will enable them to enjoy weekend getaways, as well as extended vacations, in the Sultanate's third largest city and its beautiful beaches, natural life, and mountains covered in green foliage during the "Khareef" season, which brings seasonal waterfalls. Al Balid Archaeological Site, also known as the Frankincense Land Museum, tells the city's story of maritime history and spice trade. It also features tombs of Islamic history.

Rohit Ramachandran, Jazeera Airways' CEO, commented on the new route when announcing it: "We are ever ready to start operating our newest route to Oman and offer our customers even more choices for memorable summer holidays this year.". “Salalah is a place that offers great activities and attractive for holiday goers in the coming months.”
