Most Commercial Activities To Open From July 27
The Council of Ministers decided, as of July 29, to open all activities, except for gatherings, such as weddings, while it approved the opening of children’s activities as of September 1.
Al-Rai had also reported that the Council of ministers would announce the extension of the closing timings of commercial complexes and restaurants to 11 pm.
The head of the Government Communication Center and official spokesman for the government, Tariq Al-Muzram, said that the Cabinet canceled the decision to close commercial activities at 8 pm, starting tomorrow, Tuesday, and also decided to open all activities except for gatherings of all kinds, including holding conferences, weddings and social events.
Al-Muzram explained that it was decided to open all activities for children, starting from September 1. He pointed out that only the vaccinated people were allowed to enter all the various activities, provided that the non-vaccinated are allowed to enter (pharmacies, cooperative and consumer societies, parallel markets and food and catering outlets), while they are allowed to enter government agencies and health centres starting next Sunday Aug 1.
