Mosal Affirmed That The Relations Between Kuwait And Morocco Are Deeprooted And Historic
Minister of Social Affairs and Labor and State Minister for Economic Affairs Hind Al-Sabeeh Monday affirmed that the relations between Kuwait and the Kingdom of Morocco are deeprooted and historic, and enjoy the sponsorship of the leaderships of the two countries.
She highlighted about the homogeneity between the people of the two sisterly nations, as well as the many memorandums of understanding that boost these relations, such as the one for recruitment of Moroccan workers to Kuwait. Minister Al-Sabeeh said this to reporters on the sidelines of the celebratory event held by the Moroccan Embassy in Kuwait on the occasion of the 19th anniversary of King Mohammed VI’s accession to power.
The event was organized by the Moroccan Ambassador to Kuwait HE Jafar Hakim and his spouse at the Regency Hotel. Minister Al-Sabeeh was accompanied by Farwaniya Governor Sheikh Faisal Al-Hamoud, Capital Governor Thabet Al-Muhanna, and former Deputy National Assembly Speaker Mubarak Al-Khurainej as well as the Dean of Diplomatic Corps and Ambassador of Senegal to Kuwait HE Abdou Lahad Mbacke in cutting the ceremony cake in the presence of a number of ambassadors and guests. She praised the high-level exchange of visits between the officials of both countries and the support given by Morocco to Kuwait in international forums.
Minister Al-Sabeeh affirmed that Morocco stands hand-in-hand with Kuwait in voting or waiving the role for Kuwait, adding that these noble stances of the nation at both the leadership and the public levels deserve appreciation. She expressed her pride and happiness in the developmental achievements realized by Morocco, adding that she hopes the cooperation and prosperity would prevail and the brothers in Morocco would continue to enjoy development and prosperity in all fields.
