Moi Arrests 2 People For Selling Illegal Drugs In Salmiya

Ministry of Interior (MOI), Public Security Sector arrested two people on charges of possession of pharmaceutical medicine with intention of illegal distribution, Al Qabas daily reported.

The administration sources explained to the daily that Salmiya police station received a report stating that a person was selling passersby an unidentified suspicious substance.

The source added that as soon as the reports were received, the security men were directed to the site, and the first suspect, was arrested for selling “Lyrica” and the drug “Nirfax”. The source mentioned that the defendant confessed about his partner to the security men.
