Mew Completes Faceprint Attendance System

The Ministry of Electricity and Water has introduced the faceprint attendance system for its 25,000 employees.

The employees were summoned to the ministry’s headquarters in South Surrah, to activate their Civil IDs on the ‘My Identity’ app which will facilitate the attendance procedure.

Electricity sources told Al-Jarida all the employees’ data will be entered into the new system which does not take more than a minute for each employee before the ministry embarks on the face print attendance system.

About 600 machines at all the ministry’s sites including the main building has been installed for which the contract was signed about two months ago and is now believed to be fully operational.
