Manpower Recruitment Policies In Kuwait Unchanged Despite Shortage Reports

In response to reports over workforce shortages at some gas stations in Kuwait, Kuwait's manpower regulator said on Monday that its guidelines remain the same for worker recruitment.

After some gas stations complained that the manpower regulator refused to take new staff, the Public Authority for Manpower said that recruiting conditions have not changed at different facilities nationwide.

It was stated in the statement that PAM welcomed all employer feedback and encouraged them to use its official platforms to contact them if they had any requests.
