List Of Organizations That Are Qualified To Provide Health Insurance Coverage To Non-graduates Over The Age Of 60
The Insurance Regulatory Unit has released a list of 11 organizations allowed to provide health insurance policies to non-graduate expatriates aged 60 and up.
Kuwait Insurance, Gulf Insurance, Al Ahlia Insurance, Warba Insurance, Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance, International Takaful Insurance, Elaf Takaful Insurance, Boubyan Takaful Insurance, Baytak Takaful Insurance, Arab Islamic Takaful Insurance, and Enaya Insurance Company are the names of 11 companies, as per the Al-Qabas daily.
According to the Insurance Regulatory Unit (IRU), the organizations have satisfied the following requirements for approval:

It must be a Kuwaiti shareholding company authorized by the IRU to conduct insurance activity connected to the insurance policy's subject matter.

2. Either have a contract with one of the (health) insurance claims management businesses or be able to manage health claims via its own networks and present confirmation of this to the IRU.

3. Unless the judgments were judicially postponed, all final judicial judgments issued against the corporation must have been fully satisfied.

4. Must be committed to fulfilling all of the Health Claims Management Company and the network of health care providers' financial obligations.

Any additional requirements that the IRU deems necessary, If it is demonstrated that any of the foregoing standards have not been followed, the IRU has the power to remove the firm from the authorised list.
