Kuwaitis Top Covid-19 Surge … No Curfew Yet

No decision regarding partial curfew will be issued this week, but it will be discussed in the next Cabinet session, reports Al- Qabas daily quoting a highly reliable source.

The source affirmed that the Cabinet will not impose curfew in some areas now; indicating the highest percentage of corona-related deaths, intensive care unit (ICU) confinement and corona infections are currently among citizens.

Therefore, curfew will not be imposed in areas with high expatriate population, the source pointed out. The source stressed the need for everyone to strictly comply with the health regulations and to expand the vaccination program in order to curb the spread of the virus; especially after the insistence of many to hold gatherings like parties and weddings.

He warned that the health situation is in a dangerous curve and everyone must cooperate to get out of danger.
