Kuwaitis Only Will Be Able To Use The New Farwaniya Hospital

The new Farwaniya Hospital, which will be taken over soon, will treat citizens only, providing integrated health care and services similar to those offered at Jaber Hospital. According to Al-Rai's sources, the hospital will offer all medical specialties to citizens of the Farwaniya Governorate.

In the same way as the Jaber Hospital, the operational plan will be implemented in stages. Aside from advanced operating rooms, the hospital will have internal medicine, pediatrics, surgery, and maternity wards, as well as specialized wards. A physiotherapy and rehabilitation department will also be included for the first time in Kuwait.

The former hospital will provide temporary healthcare for expatriates of the Farwaniya region, until the health insurance hospitals begin to operate, which should provide plenty of care for the majority of them, while the remaining segment will be distributed evenly among other health facilities in a way that does not burden any of the ministry's facilities.
