Kuwaiti Woman And Her Male Friend Have Been Accused Of Killing The Woman’s Daughter

The Criminal Court adjourned to Jan 31 the case popularly known as “Adan Crime” filed against a Kuwaiti woman and her male friend who have been accused of killing the woman’s daughter.

Ruling is expected in the case. In the last court session, the Public Prosecution had insisted that the woman lacks motherly and nurturing abilities, evident from the very obvious marks of torture on the body of her five-year daughter.

It called for issuing death sentences against the two defendants. Public Prosecution explained that the first suspect held her daughter down while the second suspect beat the little girl to death inside the mother’s car in Sharq area.

The second suspect also used the car lighter on the left arm of the victim, leaving behind two burn marks, after which he banged her head violently onto the car’s front glass which shattered upon impact. After the little girl died, her mother took the corpse from Sharq area to her house in Al-Qosur where she washed the corpse and changed the clothes in order to destroy all evidences. She then called the police and reported the death of her daughter.

Mubarak Al-Kabeer securitymen and paramedics immediately went to her house but they refused to move the corpse based on suspicions of a crime. An officer from Forensics Department rushed to the location and examined the corpse to discover several injuries and burns on various parts of the corpse. Investigations revealed that the victim’s mother is divorced and has a boyfriend
