Kuwaiti Actor Drowned In Swimming Pool

Kuwaiti radio theatre actor turned director Faisal Al-Mesfar drowned in a swimming pool in Egypt.

His bereaved family coordinated with competent authorities to facilitate the repatriation of his body to his home country for burial.

The late artist featured in secondary roles, alongside leading Kuwaiti drama actors in series including 'Abu Bahlool', 'Al-Hatta', 'Tora Bora', 'Dear Friend' and other works.

He later gave up acting and then directed several radio series such as 'Al-Zaraziee Dreams' and other works which were aired during Ramadan.

His son Saud Al-Mesfar followed his footsteps and became a radio director.
