Kuwait Has Won 84 Medals At The Gcc Games

Kuwait won seven new medals at the 3rd GCC Games on Sunday, including three gold, three bronze, and one silver in fencing and karate, for a total of 84 medals throughout the event.

Kuwaiti competitors won a total of 31 gold, 23 silver, and 30 bronze medals, with Bahrain coming in second with 20 gold, 21 silver and 16 bronze medals.

With 18 gold, 15 silver, and 11 bronze medals, the UAE came in third, followed by Qatar with 14 gold, 20 silver, and 14 bronze medals.

With 12 gold, five silver, and 12 bronze medals, Oman came in fifth place, followed by Saudi Arabia with 11 gold, 19 silver, and 26 bronze medals.

The tournament, which will end on Tuesday, will feature 16 men's matches and seven women's matches in a variety of sports including athletics, handball, volleyball, basketball, shooting, swimming, judo, tennis, and others. -KUNA
