Kuwait Formed Emergency Team To Meet Demand On Masks And Sanitizers

The Public Authority for Industry today formed an emergency team tasked with meeting the markets demand on medical masks and sanitizers to fight the coronavirus.

According to a press statement issued by authority's Director General Abdulkareem Taqi, the authority is cooperating with factories to provide Kuwaitis and expats with their needs of masks and other means of preventing the spread of the virus. Thee statement came after an urgent meeting with Minister of Commerce and Industry Khaled Al-Rodhan.

The meeting discussed boosting work at factories to meet the growing demand on masks and sanitizes, he noted.
