In The Last Week Of March, 1,564 Traffic Accidents Were Reported

In the last week of March, the General Traffic Department recorded 1,564 traffic accidents, including 234 serious collisions and 1,330 minor ones.

During the period of March 25th to March 31st, 64 reckless drivers were seized, 16 juveniles were transferred to the prosecution, 179 vehicles were seized, and a number of violators and absentees were arrested.

During the period, authorities also conducted checking in the Shuwaikh Industrial areas and closed two workshops that provide vehicles with devices that emit annoying sounds.
