Impounding Of Vehicles Displaying Unauthorized Flags And Stickers

Al-Rai daily reports that the Ministry of Interior seized vehicles carrying flags from other countries, flags representing tribes and sects, emblems that identify a class or group, or unofficial writings, stickers, or additional appendages on their bodies. Citations were issued against this violation in accordance with articles 207 and 52 of the executive regulations of the traffic law. To avoid legal liability, the Directorate General of Security Relations and Media urged citizens and residents to follow traffic rules and laws.
