Housing Requests Will Increase By 33% In 2021

According to a recent figure released by the Public Authority for Housing Welfare, housing requests will grow by 33% in 2021 compared to 2020.

According to the figures (of which Al-Qabas has gotten a copy), the total number of housing requests till January 31 of last year was around 94,379. According to the statistics, housing requests in 2021 totaled 8,424, compared to 5,634 in 2020, a rise of around 2,790 requests.

The monthly rent allowance for citizens who are entitled to residential care will be worth 14.1 million dinars per year in terms of numbers.
