Housing Crisis Affects Kuwaitis On Scholarships In Ireland

Kuwaiti Association of Medical Sciences Students in Ireland has expressed dissatisfaction with the escalating housing crisis facing Kuwaiti students on scholarship in Ireland.

The association said in a press release that "in light of these exceptional circumstances, more than 220 Kuwaiti male and female students who were sent on scholarship this year are currently affected by this crisis," noting that “most students have been staying in expensive hotels for weeks, and they and their parents are burdened”, and hoping that housing will be found before the new school year begins.
