Gtd Arrests Number Of Traffic Law Violators

The Public Relations and Security Media Department at the Ministry of Interior said as part of the efforts of the General Traffic Department the security authorities during the past 48 hours have arrested a number of traffic law violators of reckless motorists during a security campaign Wafra.

The Al-Anba daily said, 19 vehicles have been impounded and taken to the Interior Ministry’s detention garage. The daily said 27 people have been referred to the Juvenile Prosecution. During the course of the campaign the GTD personnel have also issued 3506 traffic citations.
