General Al-barjas Calls On Security Personnel To Be Vigilant And Ready At All Times

According to the Ministry of Interior, the Undersecretary of the Ministry, Lieutenant-General Anwar Al-Barjas, has issued directives to the field security sectors to impose the prestige of the law by adhering to full readiness, vigilance, control, and connection standards, as part of the ministry's strategy to achieve an integrated security system and extend the security umbrella throughout the country.

The directives included the need to continue making all efforts and developing security plans, presence and security deployment, conducting patrols to secure all areas in all six governorates, according to a local Arabic daily. The focus, coordination should be on cooperation between the traffic, operations, public security, and criminal security sectors to achieve the desired goals, according to the statement.

Lieutenant-General Al-Barjas also emphasized the importance of working with a renewed security mindset and in a team spirit to carry out the tasks entrusted to security personnel, noting that the directives focused on the importance of field presence for all personnel at all levels to monitor security performance and commitment to implementing security plans with precision and perfection, as well as full commitment to high-end dealing with the public and taking into account.

Lieutenant-General Al-Barjas stated that the current stage necessitates a firm and severe response to the violators due to the danger they pose to society, emphasizing that maintaining the country's civilized appearance is a goal that must be translated on the ground by confronting any negative phenomena or legal violations that endanger the lives of citizens and residents; and that he has complete faith in his security establishment's men and their abilities to avert any danger to citizens and residents.

He also urged individuals and residents to follow the security officers' directions, as well as the necessity to follow the law and carry identification papers in order to avoid legal repercussions.
