Forbes Lists Kuwait's Al Mulla Exchange Among Its Top 5 Gcc Exchange Houses
A Kuwait-based exchange house, Al Mulla Exchange, has made Forbes' 'Top 5 GCC Exchange Houses Going Digital' list.
According to the list, remittance companies in the GCC have been aggressively pushing for digitization of their services, in line with their governments' efforts.
Adding to the UAE's robust cross-border payments sector, digital transformation drive, and world-class regulations are two of its leading exchange houses - LuLu Exchange and Al Ansari Exchange, followed by one from Kuwait, Qatar and Oman.
Other companies on this list include Alfardan Exchange in Qatar and Purshottam Kanji Exchange in Oman.
The five companies on the list have all provided high quality services to retail consumers and businesses for many years. Their aggressive digital push and investments in digital infrastructure have been in the news recently. Forbes evaluated the companies based on number of app downloads, number of users, and volume of digital transactions conducted each year.
