Filipino Arrested For Making Tattoos

The Rabiya police have arrested a Filipino for making tattoos inside his home without a license, reports Al-Shahed daily. Investigations carried out by the police showed the man was making tattoos inside his home for the past three years and charged KD 500 maximum for making tattoos on the body. He has been handed over to the concerned authorities.
