An individual's family members filed a report to the Public Prosecution in a case of its kind regarding the transfer of deceased individuals' vehicles. The report demanded that those who transferred the deceased's ownership of the vehicles be held accountable when they discovered the deceased's name was not on the vehicles.

In his statement to the Public Prosecutor, Lawyer Mustafa Mulla Yousef explained that the family members were surprised that after the issuance of his property data his vehicles were no longer registered under his name, but had been transferred to other people's names. As a result, they urged it to summon the responsible parties and take legal action against them.

Yousef pointed out that this is not the first such case, adding, "We heard that dead people's names were used in union elections.". He said, "If the accused are discovered, they will serve as a warning to others. At the same time, we appeal to the employees who refuse to carry out these transactions, even if the owners of those vehicles are the people closest to them. Favoritism will result in their imprisonment, and there is nothing better than protecting oneself from restricting their freedom and putting them in prison."
