Ex-minister Khaled Al-Jarrah Gets 7 Years In Prison

According to the Court of Cassation, the defendants in the Army Fund case were fined 105 million Kuwaiti dinars and ordered to return double their embezzled money.

In today's decision, the same court sentenced former Minister Khaled Al-Jarrah and others to seven years in prison, while abstaining from punishing former Prime Minister His Highness Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak.
