Education Ministry Approves E-learning In Private Schools
The Council of Ministers have agreed to allow e-learning in private schools as part of a new package of decisions related to dealing with the current crises Al Qabas reported today.
The e-learning campaign which was spearheaded by the newspaper was adopted by the Council of Ministers in its meeting and ensured that the e-learning would resume as part of their educational curriculum.
Earlier decisions warning private schools against using remote online learning platforms now stands cancelled. MoE will now abide by the cabinet decision to allow private schools to online and e-learning platforms as approved by the council of ministers. Schools are expected to resume only in August for 12th classes and Oct for classes 1 to 11.
