Disability Card Issued To Non-kuwaitis Carry No Financial Benefits

The Public Authority for Disability Persons (PADA)with has denied what is being published about disbursing financial benefits and privileges to an expatriate, stressing that the Authority’s law limits financial assistance only to Kuwaitis based on a decision of the Minister of Interior.

The sources told Al-Qabas the authority issues a “disability card” to non-Kuwaitis sans financial benefits, stressing keenness to implement laws in a manner that protects public money while at the same time ensuring services are provided to citizens and residents.
