Death Sentences For 3 Iranians

Three Iranians were sentenced to death by the Criminal Court of Kuwait, chaired by Counselor Hamad Al-Mulla, for smuggling into the country 169 kilograms of psychotropic substances and 10 kilograms of hashish and heroin.

The men, according to a local Arabic newspaper quoting security sources, confessed to bringing the contraband by sea from Iran, Abadan, for trafficking on a cruise ship.

Kuwaiti authorities caught them near Bubiyan Island.
