Court Of Cassation Dismissed Bail Application For Stormers
In the latest development concerning the storming of the National Assembly premises case, and a day after Consultant Ahmad Al-Ajeel withdrew from hearing of the case due to legal constraint, the Court of Cassation Monday dismissed bail application of the accused persons during a session at the consultation room chaired by Consultant Saleh Al-Muraished, and fixed Feb 18 to hear the appeal.
The panel of judges at the Court of Cassation held a consultative meeting inside the chamber to review the appeal with officials of the Public Prosecution Department and Supreme Prosecution, and they agreed to look into the case objectively.
