Corona Injuries Recorded The Highest Decline In More Than 5 Months
The percentage of corona infections recorded the highest decline in more than 5 months, reaching 5.8 percent of the number of swabs, Al-Rai reported.
The spokesman for the Ministry of Health, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, announced the registration of 766 new infections with the emerging coronavirus (Covid 19) in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases registered in the country to 397,098 on Friday
He added that 1251 cases of recovery were recorded, bringing the total number of people recovered to 382,826, indicating that the percentage of the total recovery cases out of the total injuries amounted to 96.41 percent.
He stated that the number of people receiving medical care in intensive care departments amounted to 307 cases, while the total number of cases that were confirmed to be infected and still receiving the necessary care reached 11,958, and the total number of cases in Covid 19 wards reached 933.
He stated that the number of swabs that were conducted during the same period amounted to 13,140, bringing the total of tests to 3391508, noting that the percentage of injuries to the number of these swabs was 5.83 percent.
With regard to the percentage of injuries in the governorates, Al-Sanad said that it reached 26% in Hawalli, 25% in Al-Ahmadi, 22% in Al-Farwaniyah, 14% in Jahra, and finally in the capital 13%.
