Cooperative Society Elections Are Postponed By Moi
In order to avoid a conflict with the parliamentary elections, the Ministry of Interior has requested that the Ministry of Social Affairs and Community Development postpone the elections for cooperative societies.

The Ministry of Interior has issued a circular in this regard, which states that elections for cooperatives may not be place from this Sunday until October 23, 2022, according to Musallam Al-Subaie, acting undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs. Al-Subaie continued by saying that the Ministry of Interior would release a circular setting new dates for the cooperative elections.
