Cassation Prosecution Urges Rejection Of Appeals By Disqualified Candidates

The Cassation Prosecution, in its memorandum presented to the court, has urged the rejection of all appeals filed by candidates disqualified from the 2024 National Assembly elections nomination lists.

Scheduled for Wednesday, the Court of Cassation is set to deliberate on the removal cases of Marzouq Al-Khalifa, Ahmed Moti’, Jaber Al-Muhailbi, and Marzouq Al-Habini from the list of candidates.
